THIS is the shocking moment a pensioner deliberately rams his car into his elderly neighbour in a row over service charges.
CCTV captured Anthony Fowles, 70, driving into his victim during the heated confrontation at a retirement village in Hoo, Kent.

Fowles’ car then comes into shot as he drives towards his target, who seems to make a gesture at him.
The retired sports photographer then appears to make contact with the pedestrian, before he starts reversing away.
Keeping up with his vehicle, the victim tries to stop Fowles by reaching in the car to take the keys out of the ignition.
But despite desperate attempts to gain access through the driver’s window, he is shrugged off by his attacker.
At the end of the 23-second clip, Fowles then speeds away – leaving his victim with ligament problems in his knee.
Fowles rammed into the pensioner during a row over the retirement park’s residents association in December 2015.
Appearing at Medway Magistrates Court in June, he admitted assault causing actual bodily harm.
Fowles believed he was being harassed by the group, which his victim was a part of, over service charges at the site, the court heard.
Terry Knox, prosecuting, said Fowles pleaded guilty at the earliest opportunity.
The court heard his victim was still receiving treatment for his injuries almost two years on.
Describing the shocking incident, Mr Knox, said: “The victim was walking on the road and made eye contact with Fowles.
“The defendant then passes and pulls up in an area and turns around and is shouting at the victim.
“He then drives at a slow speed into him, injuring his knee.”
The court was told Fowles’ victim tried to get in his window and grab his keys from the ignition.
Mr Knox called for a driving ban, adding: “It was a deliberate decision to drive into him, causing him injury.
“He’s still suffering tenderness and has ligament problems and a reduced stretch, and it’s still swollen.
“I ask for a driving ban because it was an assault with a car.”
Representing Fowles, Tahir Saeed said his client should not be banned because his client was not charged with dangerous driving.
He told the court Fowles accepted responsibility for his actions.
Mr Saeed added: “He needs the car as he and his wife have mobility issues and need their car, it’s their lifeline.
“He acted in an abysmal manner and he’s embarrassed about his behaviour. It was sheer frustration.”
Fowles escaped a driving ban, but was handed a 12-month community order, including 10 rehabilitation sessions.
Magistrates ruled he must stay under curfew for six months, remaining indoors from 7pm to 7am between Monday and Friday.
He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and court costs of £85.
