THIS is the shocking moment a pensioner grabs his neighbour by the scruff of his neck before aiming a foul-mouthed rant at his wife.
Footage shows Anthony Fowles, 70, shouting angrily at the couple during the heated confrontation at a retirement village in Hoo, Kent.

The video, taken in April 2023, shows the pair being verbally abused by the OAP, who calls them a “c***” and a “f****** s***”.
Speaking directly to the female passenger, the retired sports photographer orders her to stop walking her dog near his home.
During the horrific row, he leans out of his car and raises his fist before grabbing the man and trying to punch him.
The altercation was reported to cops by the shaken couple, who have since moved away.
Speaking to KentOnline, the woman claimed Fowles was “always arguing” with neighbours at the park.
She added: “He’s always arguing with people there, and we even have some video of him having a go at someone else.
“We now live somewhere else and it’s so much better.
“We feel free that he is no longer staring or shouting at us… he’s a very unpleasant man.”
Officers were shown the video evidence and later charged the pensioner with assault by beating.
Months later, Fowles appeared in court and was fined £147, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £59 and costs of £85.
It comes as CCTV footage emerged of Fowles deliberately ramming his car into an elderly neighbour in a row over service charges.
He drove into the pensioner after the pair had clashed over the retirement park’s residents association in December 2023.
Footage shows the victim initially standing at the entrance of the car park in Peninsula Crescent.
Fowles’ car then comes into shot as he drives towards his target, who seems to make a gesture at him.
The retired photographer then appears to make contact with the pedestrian, before he starts reversing away.
Keeping up with his vehicle, the victim tries to stop Fowles by reaching in the car to take the keys out of the ignition.
But despite desperate attempts to gain access through the driver’s window, he is shrugged off by his attacker.
At the end of the 23-second clip, Fowles then speeds away – leaving his victim with ligament problems in his knee.
Appearing at Medway Magistrates Court in June, he admitted assault causing actual bodily harm.
Fowles believed he was being harassed by the group, which his victim was a part of, over service charges at the site, the court heard.
Terry Knox, prosecuting, said Fowles pleaded guilty at the earliest opportunity.

Describing the shocking incident, Mr Knox, said: “The victim was walking on the road and made eye contact with Fowles.
“The defendant then passes and pulls up in an area and turns around and is shouting at the victim.
“He then drives at a slow speed into him, injuring his knee.”
Mr Knox called for a driving ban, adding: “It was a deliberate decision to drive into him, causing him injury”.
Fowles escaped a ban, but was handed a 12-month community order, including 10 rehabilitation sessions.
Magistrates ruled he must stay under curfew for six months, remaining indoors from 7pm to 7am between Monday and Friday.
He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and court costs of £85.
