A “NAKED knifeman” has been arrested after attacking shoppers in a busy UK town centre in broad daylight.
Wiltshire police arrested a 49-year-old man after the horror attack in Malmesbury near Swindon on August 2.

Officers received reports of a man, naked from the waist down, in Dark Lane carrying a knife.
The man is understood to have threatened and attacked people with the blade.
The knifeman reportedly travelled on foot on Bristol Street and Bremilham Road as he wandered the town with his blade drawn.
He was arrested and given medical treatment when cops arrived on scene.
No serious injuries were reported following the harrowing incident.
The man remains in custody as a police probe into the attacks continues.
In a statement on social media Malmesbury police said they appreciate the incident has sparked concern in the community.
A spokesperson said: “We would like to thank the public for their support with the investigation and for coming forward with witness statements.
“There are ongoing high-visibility foot patrols across Malmesbury, particularly the Dark Lane, Bristol Street and Bremilham Road area.
“If you see an officer on patrol and want to raise any concerns, please don’t hesitate to do so.”
Anyone who may have witnessed the attack is asked to contact the police immediately on 101.
Officers believe there may be more victims who they haven’t spoken to yet.
