NOTTINGHAM FOREST have been hit with a huge fine after their shocking tweet following last season’s defeat to Everton.
Forest lost 2-0 at Goodison Park in April’s bottom-of-the-table clash.

But chiefs were left fuming as they felt Forest were denied three clear penalties.
The club then published a wild post on X claiming that the VAR ref on the day was “a Luton fan.”
It read: “Three extremely poor decisions – three penalties not given – which we simply cannot accept.
“We warned the PGMOL that the VAR is a Luton fan before the game but they didn’t change him.
“Our patience has been tested multiple times. NFFC will now consider its options.”
