Russia prisoner swap LIVE: Evan Gershkovich set to be released from jail 490 DAYS after arrest

AMERICAN journalist Evan Gershkovich is on the verge of being released in a prisoner swap with Russia, reminiscent of the Cold War era.

Evan was falsely accused by the corrupt regime of Vladimir Putin and sentenced to 16 years in prison after a bogus trial where he was charged with gathering “secret information” for the CIA.
