A SAILOR is under investigation for allegedly stealing secrets from a Royal Navy nuclear submarine.
Able Seaman Marcus Gauntlett was held by military police on suspicion of breaking the Official Secrets Act.

Police at the nuclear sub base HMNB Clyde, at Faslane in Scotland, allegedly found secret papers on his Huawei mobile phone.

Military cops seized the phone as part of a separate investigation, sources told The Sun.
They were stunned to allegedly find papers relating to classified submarine movements.
Sailors are banned from taking phones on submarines over spying fears.
The Sun understands investigators have ruled out espionage.
An MoD spokesperson said last night: “We can confirm that a member of the Armed Forces is under investigation.”
