THE disgraced teacher who allegedly forced underage students to have sex with her as they wore Scream masks has been accused of manipulating another teen into more sick acts.
Married mom of four Brittany Fortinberry, 31, is facing a life behind bars as she’s accused of grooming more than 10 children by plying them with drugs and alcohol and paying them to have sex with her.

Fortinberry could face life in prison if she’s convicted of all the charges
In September, another underage victim came forward claiming the former Indiana substitute teacher targeted him when she chaperoned a concert, court documents seen by Fox affiliate WXIN reveal.
He said that Fortinberry doled out drugs like mushrooms and marijuana to teens, and made sexual advances toward him days before and after the show, the documents allege.
Fortinberry also allegedly sent the child nude pictures of herself on Snapchat.
The victim claimed that Fortinberry was known among his peers for giving out drugs as she preyed on children.
“She just handed it out to anybody,” the victim said, according to the documents.
Fortinberry was already facing 40 charges and life behind bars before this latest alleged victim came forward. Now, the number of charges has ballooned to 47.
She was teaching at Eminence High School in Indianapolis when she was first accused of grooming at least 10 boys, some as young as 13, by giving them gifts.
She made unwanted sexual advances and would offer hundreds of dollars for children to send pictures of their genitals, prosecutors say.
One of the most bombshell allegations against the disgraced teacher is that, at one point, she told boys that she wanted them to wear Scream masks as they “gangbang” her.
A child told cops that Fortinberry spent $600 on him and other boys at the mall before forcing them to wear the masks as she sexually abused them.
The same boy claimed the substitute teacher also masturbated over his school photos and once sent a video of herself performing a sex act with his boxers, according to an affidavit.
The former teacher met all of her victims in 2024. She allegedly kept them on the hook by threatening to take her own life if they told anyone about the abuse.
One victim said that if any of the teens refused to have sex with her, then she would allegedly rape them or force them to watch as she abused others.

The employee was immediately suspended the night of August 22, 2024, pending investigation into the reported misconduct.
She later handed in her resignation which was confirmed in a follow up statement.
It read: “On or before 9:45 am the following morning, on August 23, 2024, a resignation notice was received from Ms. Fortinberry and her employment with the Eminence Community Schools immediately ended.
“The welfare and safety of our students is the top priority of the Eminence Community Schools.
“As such, the School Corporation has been and will continue to fully cooperate with law enforcement and the Morgan County Prosecutor’s Office in this matter.”

Fortinberry’s home was sex up for depraved activities as she had a stripper pole and sex toys.
An 18-year-old who spoke with cops said that she bragged about being a stripper and would share details of her “exclusive content” on adult sites.
Fortinberry’s husband, Nicholas Fortinberry, is also facing charges as he’s been accused of knowing about the abuse but telling the boys to stay quiet.
He allegedly threatened to “slaughter” one of the victims in front of his family if he spoke out.
Another one of the boys claimed that Nicholas said they shouldn’t tell anyone about the sex acts until they’re 16.
Cops honed in on Fortinberry after a brave grandmother told police her grandson had been molested and drugged by her.
After she was confronted about the allegations, Fortinberry blamed her weight loss, saying that she never would have committed the depraved acts if she were still 150 pounds heavier.
Fortinberry was charged with sexual misconduct with a minor, dissemination of matter harmful to minors, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, after the latest alleged victim came forward.
She’s still facing Level 1 charges of child molestation, which could land her a life sentence in prison.
