DONALD Trump and JD Vance sat down for their first joint interview with Jesse Watters on Fox.
The pre-taped interview was moved up following Joe Biden’s shock announcement earlier this afternoon that he would be suspending his re-election campaign.
Biden intends to finish his term but released a separate statement endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris for the Democrat nomination.
Watters asked Trump and Vance how they would pivot if Biden stepped down.
Watters suggested a few potential replacements for Biden and Trump responded, “I wouldn’t be worried about any of them.”
“They have bad policies, forget about the people,” he added as Vance nodded in agreement.
