Two spectators die from medical emergencies at ATP Finals as tennis chiefs release devastating statement

TWO fans died after suffering cardiac arrests at the ATP Finals on Monday, tennis officials have confirmed. The devastating incidents occurred separately during day two of the ATP’s showpiece event at Turin’s Inalpi Arena.
