Fury has already lost twice to Usyk and retired after the second defeat in December.
But the former world heavyweight champion announced on social media that they will clash for a third time in the ring.
Posting a picture of the pair, Fury, 37, said: “April 18 2026 Wembley Stadium. The trilogy!”
Fans were quick to react to the shock revelation.
One said: “This was the only fight to be made.”
Another declared: “Here we go.”
One noted: “Let’s go Tyson.”
Another added: “Absolutely! Wembley is calling.”

Fury’s return to boxing had been teased this week by Saudi boxing supremo Turki Alalshikh.
The superstar has also been given the green light by wife Paris to get his gloves back on.
However, a possible fight against Usyk hinges on whether the reigning heavyweight king can secure victory in his rematch with Daniel Dubois later this month.
They clash at Wembley on July 19, with Usyk looking to make it 24 wins from 24 fights.
Fury revealed this week that if he came back Usyk would be his priority – but he would also be willing to finally take on Anthony Joshua.
He said: “I want my revenge (on Usyk) in England. That’s all I want, a fair shout. And I don’t believe I’ve got a fair shout the last two times.
“That’s the one I want but if I don’t get that then it will be Joshua, the biggest British fight that will ever happen.
“It would break all records and sell out 100,000 at Wembley in an hour. It’s a fight that I think can happen for sure if I decide to come back and the deal’s right.”
Discussing a third option of taking on Dubiois, Fury added: “If I was to return and fight Dubois, he wouldn’t land a glove on me, it would be a one-sided beatdown.
“But I wish him luck in his fight against Usyk, but I would annihilate him.”
Weighing up the Brit’s chances of beating Usyk, Fury added: “I don’t think Dubois wins anyway. Your man is a wily old fox and he moves his feet.
“We all know that, if you stand in front of Daniel Dubois, he will put a hole in you.
“If you move around him, he will probably take a knee after about eight rounds, off a jab.”
