UNEXPLODED bombs have been found in a historic market town with homes evacuated and cops warning locals to stay away.
Emergency services and a forensic team are in attendance with a cordon also in place on a street in Morpeth, Northumberland.

It is believed that a small number of unexploded devices were found at a property.
The incident is being led by the North East Regional Crime Unit.
A number of properties have also been evacuated and the Explosive Ordinance Disposal Team is also in attendance.
