WILLIE MULLINS will wave goodbye to four ‘outstanding’ horses from his yard – after owners including Rich Ricci decided to send them to the sales.
Top owner Ricci’s two-time Grade 2-winning mare Allegorie De Vassy is the big name from the quartet who will go under the hammer.

A seven-time winner who earned just shy of £200,000 on the track, she will be sold in foal to Jukebox Jury.
She ran three times in the Mares’ Chase at Cheltenham Festival, finishing runner-up to Impervious in 2023.
Grade 1-winner Brandy Love – the mare with the controversial name – looked a world-beater for the Closutton boss but never quite reached the same heights as that top-tier novice hurdle win in April 2022.
She last ran in April 2024 and was retired after suffering a nasty fall at Wexford.
Brandy Love is one of two mares owned by Joe and Marie Donnelly to be sold, the other being twice-raced Je Garde.
While owner Michael Hilary Burke’s Lady Vega Allen brings red-hot form having finished fourth in the Triumph Hurdle on her last run.
All the mares will be under offer at the Goffs December National Hunt Sale, an auction Mullins has used many times before.
