Wearing a plunging crop-top and lycra-type leggings, the Instagram icon was filmed from the sort of mischievous angles you don’t normally see in workout videos.
Kayla is clearly taking an holistic approach to recovering from a serious knee problem she suffered in March.
The former national-league college ace was hurt when she landed badly after a shot at the net.
“Well, there goes my knee,” she posted at the time – with a clip of the incident.
She also revealed her creative way of soothing the injury – tucking a bottle of cold beer under a trouser-leg.
But despite her frustration, Kayla is still providing as much attention as ever to her online fanbase.
She captioned her latest sultry offering: “Mat pilates with a torn acl.”
And although her nasty injury meant she had to wear a knee brace, the setting looked idyllic – with a leafy tree shading her from the sun.

At one stage, a friend could be seen working out alongside her as Kayla switched from front to rear view.
And the online sensation, who has 1million Instagram followers, looked especially delighted when a dog popped over to say hello.
Kayla burst into a big smile and patted the white pooch.
And she certainly makes her army of admirers beam too – by posting just as many exotic snaps as before her injury.
